PT SAM mills cassava into tapioca flour at its own facility in Tulang Bawang, Lampung. Roots are received from growers in the surrounding region, washed, rasped, extracted, dried, and sifted — so moisture, whiteness, and starch content are set by our own process rather than inherited from a third-party mill.
Flour is available in food grade, industrial grade, and to custom specification. Full technical specifications per grade are listed in the table below; a signed datasheet is available on request.

Kerupuk are traditional Indonesian crackers. PT SAM produces them in-house from the tapioca flour milled on the same site — which is what separates us from suppliers who buy starch in to make snacks, or who sell starch but make nothing from it.
