PT Sari Agro Manunggal — PT SAM — is a food manufacturer based in Banjar Agung, Tulang Bawang, Lampung: one of Indonesia’s principal cassava-growing regions. Unlike suppliers who buy starch on the open market and rebag it, PT SAM processes cassava into tapioca flour itself, then uses that same flour to produce kerupuk in-house.
For buyers, that means one point of accountability and traceability that runs from raw material intake through to the container you receive.

Figures below are pending confirmation from PT SAM and are shown as placeholders.
Most tapioca suppliers buy starch and resell it. PT SAM works directly with cassava growers, mills the flour, and runs the kerupuk line itself — so a quality issue never sits with a third party.
Cassava is sourced directly from growers in Lampung, so raw material quality is controlled before it reaches the mill.

Cassava is received from growers in Lampung and checked on intake for starch content and freshness.
Roots are washed, rasped, extracted, and dried into tapioca flour at our own mill.
